WWII buffs preferred but anyone can answer?

Ive been playing Company of Heroes and got myself thinking who would win in a REAL fight. The American M26 Pershing or the German Tiger tank. As a follow up who would win the M26 Pershing or the King Tiger. Cause i have an idea but i want some other opinions
