B&A Poll: What do you think about fauns/satyrs in fantasy books?

There are also Kirins. They're pretty interesting. I don't mind fauns/satyrs in books and stories and such. Even though they are a bit over-used. I think they add to the story most of the time, but now adays the books that come out people forget about the background creatures.
