OMG What's wrong with my skin??!?!?!?!?!!?

today earlier i scratched my thighs because they were itching me, but i always do that. well 5 minutes ago i went to the bathroom and my legs look destroyed. as if a tiger scratched them and they look as if blood was dropping from them, but from the inside. am scared because i always scratch myself like that and this never happened what's wrong???
