Goddesses of Famine or Names meaning Famine?

Habonia was the Celtic goddess of harvest and land, and when she was angry she would cause a famine, so you could use something like that. Otherwise you could use the Irish for Ireland (�ire) which was infamous in the middle 1800's due to a huge famine that more than halved the population of the country.
