Should I start praying more if?

I see evil things? I am Catholic. I see bad stuff sometimes. A few nights ago, I woke up about 5 a.m. A white creature was stretched out on the ground, facing me. I closed eyes, & fell asleep. A few months earlier, I woke up to see a gremlin type creature smiling down @ me from the ceiling fan with sharp teeth. They are evil, if I pray more, will they leave me alone? I know it sounds like I'm dreaming, but I am almost positive I was awake, cuz I either dont have a dream, or I dream about my now ex bf, cuz we use to always talk before I fell asleep. He left me 2 days ago, & both those days I dreamt of falling off a cliff, & getting shot by burglars. Maybe I'm not right w God <3.
