Firstly, it's obvious that during your exams things will change as that needs to be the main focus in your lives. When they are done the best thing to do is text him, but not to sound too needy and ask to hang out and go for a walk and y and get closer. Firstly, if he agrees it's a sign he's interested. Then make a move, don't always expect the guy to do it, it'll get you far. Then after you've met up a few times, if you still feel the same, send hima text telling him how you feel. If he replies the same, then your problem is solved, or if he is blunt or off in ay way when you tell him then call it off and get over it, there's no point in focusing on somethign that'll never work.
