Where can I buy a baby white tiger?

I have wanted a baby white tiger for about 2 years now and i was talking to my mom about it and I think she's really thinking about it!? I would like to keep it for about a year or two then give it to the zoo when it grows up. But I need to know where to buy one, how much costs, and things like that.. Help! Thanks much :)
