Sailfin pleco and gypsy king tiger pleco question?

ok so my sailfin is a 13 inch female pleco and my gypsy king tiger pleco is a 4 inch male pleco.my small male keeps on swimming near my females underside where the female vent is.he also dance around my female.but my 4 inch male is to small to mate with 13 inch female.they might produce eggs but will he be able to fertilize all of her eggs and is he small to produce babys with my much bigger female
