A movie like gremlins of the 80s?

it was some creatures like the gremlins and if i remember well it was one of them ho was friend with a boy.i remember exactly one scene when that little gremlin like was in a hospital and get his clothes off the nurse gets shocked and when she try to give him a shot the syringe needle couldnt pierce his skin.thanks a lot!
