Is this a good idea for a sweet sixteen party?!?

Soo for my sweet sixteen, i had the idea of renting a limo bus (the one that has lights and all that jazz...and you can hook music up too) that could take me and some friends to a restaurant..and then after we eat, drive around for a bit and then go home? is this a good idea? thanksssss :)
